Naar verluidt loopt er in New Orleans een ambtenaar van gemeentewerken rond die the grey ghost wordt genoemd. Deze man overdekt elk stuk grafitti met grijze verf, waardoor er door de hele stad vreemde grijze vlakken ontstaan...
