"Deze week is het raak: Rokjesdag. Bedacht door wijlen Martin Bril, die deze mysterieuze dag omschreef als ‘die ene dag in het voorjaar dat alle vrouwen als bij toverslag ineens een rok dragen, met daaronder blote benen’. Bril hield nauwgezet bij wanneer die dag viel, meestal rond 15 april. Je kunt er je klok niet op gelijk zetten, je kunt de datum niet vastpinnen. Maar als het zover is, is het feest.
